wonderful staff

odd shower smell

The staff at Rattana Guesthouse are exceptionally accommodating, making every effort to ensure a pleasant experience during my stay.

Unfortunately, the shower water had a strange smell that detracted from the overall comfort of the room.

The karaoke from a nearby bar was intrusive in the afternoon!!! An AC unit right above the bed limits comfort — had to turn it off overnight for fear of waking up sick!!!

The staff exhibited exceptional hospitality, going out of their way to fulfill requests and ensure a comfortable stay. The relaxing wooden terrace provided an enjoyable spot for morning coffee, and the added charm of homemade classic fried fish at breakfast was a delightful bonus. the karaoke from a nearby bar during the afternoon disrupted my plans for a nap, and the AC unit's placement made sleeping uncomfortable due to mustiness. water from the shower had an unpleasant odor that was hard to overlook.

i had a fantastic time at rattana guesthouse during my stay. the staff were extremely helpful, providing great service, and the location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the night market. this was one of the best relaxing holidays in the city, and the value for money exceeded my expectations.
